We Never See Your Gmail Password
When you click Connect Google, Google's own login page opens at google.com — on Google's servers, not ours. You log in directly to Google. We never receive, store, or have access to your password at any point.
You Approve Every Single Reply
ReplyLion drafts replies and waits for your approval. We cannot post anything to your Google Business Profile without your explicit click. Auto-post is OFF by default. You are always in complete control.
Bank-Grade Token Encryption
Your Google access token is encrypted using AES-256 before storage — the same standard used by banks. Tokens are never exposed in logs, never shared with third parties, and never used beyond reading reviews and posting your approved replies.
Disconnect Any Time in One Click
Go to Settings → Google → Disconnect. Done. Your Google account access is immediately revoked. Your review data is deleted from our servers within 30 days. No questions asked.

Frequently asked questions
No — never. When you click Connect, Google's login page opens at google.com on Google's servers. You log in directly to Google. We never receive or store your password. We only receive a secure OAuth token that lets us read your reviews and post replies you approve.
Only if you manually enable Auto-Post in Settings — which is OFF by default. By default, ReplyLion drafts a reply and shows it to you for approval. You see the draft, edit it if you want, then click Post. We cannot publish anything to your Google profile without your explicit action.
You can disconnect any time from Settings → Google → Disconnect. Your Google access is revoked immediately. Your review data remains in ReplyLion for 30 days in case you reconnect, then is permanently deleted. We have no way to access your Google account after disconnection.
Yes. ReplyLion uses the official Google Business Profile API. Our OAuth application is reviewed and approved by Google. We are a verified API partner, which means Google has confirmed our data handling practices meet their requirements.
Any business with a Google Business Profile — restaurants, salons, dental clinics, hotels, gyms, retail stores, barbershops, spas, and more. If it has Google reviews, ReplyLion can manage it.
Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your subscription stays active until the end of your paid period, then automatically downgrades to the Free plan. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation so you can resubscribe without losing history. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted. You can also request immediate deletion by emailing privacy@replylion.com.
Yes. The Starter plan includes 2 team members. Pro includes 5. Agency includes unlimited. You control which locations each team member can access. Only the account owner can manage billing and settings.
