Billing questions, answered
Yes. The Free plan includes one business location, 15 AI replies per month, basic analytics, and email notifications. No credit card is required to start, and there is no time limit.
ReplyLion is free to start. Pro is $49 per month (or $39 per month billed annually) and Agency is $99 per month (or $79 per month billed annually). Annual billing saves 20%.
No. The 14-day Pro trial does not require a credit card. You only add billing details if you decide to keep Pro after the trial ends.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Settings → Billing whenever you like. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid period and there are no cancellation fees.
Each AI-generated draft counts as one reply, whether you edit it or not. Re-generating a draft for the same review does not use an additional reply on paid plans, which include unlimited AI replies.
The Agency plan covers up to 10 locations with unlimited campaigns and team members. For more than 10 locations or custom white-label arrangements, contact support@replylion.com for a quote.
